Sure. Just click the game project and pick your html5 or Zip file from scratch you export it. However if the project is low effort or unfinished, there’s a higher chance it will get killed to the obituaries.

What @Platzsoldier is referring to is this: Newgrounds has a user-based quality control in place (for Games and Movies). Imagine a room with 60 people. Some of them are essentially children, some are teens, and some are adults.

- Some of them will "mysteriously like everything" - even if it's broken.
- Very few will check out your game thoroughly to see if they like it.
- Most will play it for less than 2 minutes and give it the lowest possible rating if they aren't impressed.

All of them want to be entertained - but everyone has different standards.

- If you are rightfully proud of your game, then it has very good chances to survive.
- If you think about uploading "My first test game (WIP - seocnd level broken SRY!!)", then please spare yourself the embarrassment.
- If it is anywhere in-between, consider polishing your game some more before you attempt to publish it here. (First impressions are important.)
